What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 + years of experience in Managing global Medical programs like Access programs, Relevant Quality Assurance experience in Medical operations, Basic MS Office skills, Smartsheet, QualiPSO, Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
What You'll Do.
Improve Governance standards for medical programs
Identify bottlenecks and propose enhancements
Act as subject matter expert for medical programs
Educate stakeholders on the process
Support Medical Operations and efficiency team
Support in identifying potential areas to harmonize
Create or develop periodic systematic quality process
Monitor internal controls to measure compliance
Identify and escalate quality and compliance risks
Propose mechanisms to mitigate risks
Support the countries audits and inspections
Work on CAPA resolution
Identify and manage deviations
Act as back-up coordinator for access and supply
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Maintain effective relationships; Work closely with Medical programs Governance; Collaborate with country medical teams; Collaborate with country supply chain; Collaborate with Global access teams; Collaborate with ESR governance lead; Collaborate with CMO governance teams; Collaborate with Business quality; Serve as primary contact for medical programs governance & compliance

Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
Process & Methodology
Managing global Medical programs, Managing medical risks, Plan of actions, Follow-up with different stakeholders, Manage the governance requirements, Manage compliance during policy change, Manage compliance during regulatory changes, Conduct monthly/quarterly governance meetings
