requirement for onsite events to travel domestically or abroad as required, Willing to travel to various locations for site-visits and on-site management of events
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-4+ years event management experience, virtual event planning and project management, Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have
event management experience, preferably in a corporate or financial environment, Virtual event experience preferred, Webex and Zoom experience, Experience working with large and complex databases preferred, Cvent experience preferred, Knowledge of venues and suppliers in key US cities
What You'll Do.
Full life-cycle planning and execution of multiple key events
including budget development and management
negotiating and managing site selections
Coordinate registration
Work seamlessly with key internal partners on event deliverables
Virtual event planning and project management
Ensure adherence to the client’s standards of operation
Travel when applicable for site inspections and on-site management
Post event wrap up including final attendees
budget reconciliation
Track time spent to projects to accurately reflect the work being done

Work seamlessly with key internal partners on event deliverables; Co-plan with colleagues and the client on larger scale team player
