What You'll Do.
Profitable execution of assigned Fire Installation projects
Bridge gap between engineering consultants and field installation
Support sales activities
Provide direction to project execution teams
Ensure projects completed accurately
Maintain positive cash flow
Actively pursue change orders
Follow project management procedures
Balance customer satisfaction and project financial results
Ensure adherence to safety policies
Develop Project Execution Plan
Evaluate contractual scope of work
Assess impact of client-issued instructions
Perform cost estimates
Negotiate final settlement pricing
Manage project-related accounts payable
Complete project billing
Review and interpret contract terms
Analyze financial reports and project schedules
Communicate project progress
Establish project recovery plans
Negotiate and issue subcontracts
Ensure project document controls comply
Oversee project construction
and delivery schedule
Develop and maintain strong relationships
Attend job progress meetings
Ensure subcontractors understand project expectations
Coordinate resource allocation
Ensure engineering and commissioning aligns with standards
Escalate product-related issues

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with Sales and Operations Leadership; Work with other teams as needed; Provide direction to project execution teams; Coordinate with Installation/Operations Manager; Coordinate with Senior Project Manager; Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, prime contractors, and subcontractors; Attend job progress meetings; Ensure subcontractors understand project expectations; Provide feedback on the performance of Engineers and Designers to Engineering and Design Team Leaders, as well as Operations Management

Communicate technical material effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing; Communicate project progress, issues, and financial status effectively to management

You will bridge the gap between engineering consultants, technical design, and field installation by utilizing hands-on problem-solving and strong communication skills. You will work with Sales and Operations Leadership, as well as other teams as needed, to support sales activities early in the project development process.
