What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, real estate, or building infrastructure, Basic knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry, Ability to prepare and track budgets, Understanding of technical requirements for relocation, construction, and renovation projects, Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in fast-paced team or independent environment, Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to successfully communicate with clients, architects, contractors, client's representatives, and team members, Valid driver's license, Physical capabilities to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces
Nice to Have
Experience in construction management or real estate, Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts, Familiarity with communication network infrastructure, Understanding of interior fit-outs and renovation project processes, Experience with vendor management and RFP coordination, Understanding of construction scheduling and critical path management, Experience with invoice processing and accounts receivable management, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Conducting and documenting all weekly meetings on assigned projects
Ensuring clear communications between project clients and stakeholders during all phases of construction
