New Leaf Energy is seeking an Associate Project Developer to join our growing Mid-Atlantic development team. This position is an opportunity to join an outstanding company in a high-leverage role. This position may be filled out of our Lowell, MA or Boston, MA offices. We value in-person collaboration and offer a hybrid work environment. Hybrid employees work in the office at least two out of every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and are free to work from the office or from home on other days. About the Role: The Associate Project Developer (APD) contributes directly to the success of the company by effectively and efficiently identifying leads and screening project opportunities. The APD is a key support position to the project developers and is vital to New Leaf Energy’s go-to-market strategy in the regions they are assigned. Our most accomplished APDs bring an enthusiasm for renewable development and have strong writing, analytical and organizational skills, and a hunger for success. Position responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Lead Prospecting You will use, or manage, a GIS-based effort to target land parcels that have high potential hosting capacity for solar and storage use.
