Coordinate with internal staff on projects
Provide regular program status updates
Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors
Drive participation in energy efficiency programs
Monitor regulated performance metrics
Work with project managers on adjustments to filed
Review and edit deliverables to client
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases
Support staff with data management and analysis
Handle and track issues brought by subcontractors
Collaborate with a multi-functional project team
Ensure timely and professional completion of all tasks
Achieve specific program goals and objectives
Complete invoicing tasks
Ensure payments are submitted in a timely manner

**Associate Program Specialist (Hybrid) - Utility Program Services** **Location: Columbia, MD Area (Remote – Home Office with Local Office Travel)** **Are you ready to make a difference?** To support our growth, ICF is seeking an **Associate Program Specialist** to provide program support for our utility program team in Maryland. In this position you will work closely with program and portfolio managers to coordinate the successful delivery of the residential energy efficiency programs in Maryland. You will support a variety of program delivery tasks including managing progress reports, data analysis, application review, forecasting, researching program enhancements, and client engagement. In this role you will also oversee the organization and evaluation of program processes; identification and engagement with key stakeholders and team members particularly in the home energy audit sector; and coordinate with a team of energy efficiency experts.
