Must Have
BAS in business, marketing, graphic design, or related field, 2+ years of relevant experience, Experience with digital content, design tools, or creative workflows, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Comfortable learning new systems quickly
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar tools, Experience with tools like Airtable, Jira, or similar is a plus, Background in graphic design or understanding of design principles, Familiarity with Cricut Design Space or similar platforms, Experience working with artist communities or user-generated content programs, Experience engaging with international partners, customers, or online communities

The Contributing Artist Program (CAP) enables artists worldwide to contribute original artwork to the Cricut Design Space library and earn compensation based on usage. The program plays a key role in expanding and diversifying content for Cricut members. We are looking for a proactive, execution-focused Associate Program Manager to support and grow CAP. This role requires someone who can independently manage workflows, drive projects from idea to execution, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work closely with CAP artists, Production Artists, and cross-functional partners across product, content, and engineering, and will need to be comfortable working across both creative and technical workflows.
