Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational comprehension and capability._ * _Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and contribute with qualified engineers to develop project proposals._ * _Provides technical and operational advice to project teams._ * _May act as principal interface between the operations team and the maintenance function._ * _Engage in training and coaching of junior operators._ * _Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer
