Previous experience as Production Supervisor, Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment, Ability to read, analyze and interpret MPI
Nice to Have
Experience in the use of Floor shop systems, Experience in BAAN system is a plus, Basic/intermediate English is a plus!

Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational comprehension and capability._ * _Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and contribute with qualified engineers to develop project proposals._ * _Provides technical and operational advice to project teams._ * _May act as principal interface between the operations team and the maintenance function._ * _Engage in training and coaching of junior operators._ * _Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements._ * _Initiate and participate in process development and cost improv
