What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience as Production Supervisor, experience as leader, Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment, Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability), Knowledge in specifications and standards related to electronics, Experience in the use of Floor shop systems, Knowledge in assembly processes (End to End), Experience in BAAN system (SAP), Ability to read, analyze and interpret MPI

What You'll Do.
Overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines
ensuring they reach volume
quality and cost goals
Manages the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and in charge of the line’s success
Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency and quality
Guide a team of professionals (e. g. engineers/officers) to meet quality
delivery and acknowledge requirements
Troubleshoot and explore operational problems and advise on their resolution
Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational comprehension and capability
Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and contribute with qualified engineers to develop project proposals
Provides technical and operational advice to project teams
May act as principal interface between the operations team and the maintenance function
Engage in training and coaching of junior operators
Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction
and materials supply to meet customer requirements
Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects
Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the use of all control points
maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
