What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance, Maintenance concepts development and sustainment, repair, and overhaul environments, Experience supporting aircraft production, development, and/or sustainment program(s), Experience working on engineering drawings in a related field
Nice to Have
Active U. S. Security Clearance, Bachelor's degree or higher, Experience in commercial or military aircraft maintenance environments, Familiarity with airworthiness directives, continued airworthiness processes, regulatory maintenance requirements, Cross-functional communication ability to work with engineering, product support, end-user customer, technical writing skills and attention to procedural detail, human factors, safety
