Why is this role important to Field Nation?Product Marketing Managers are the glue that binds our product strategy to our business strategy in order to drive success and achieve results. They are product evangelists and customer experts, and play an integral role in supporting product launches – from internal readiness to external rollout to ongoing optimization. As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, you’ll provide support for the broader Product Marketing team and the Tier 1-3 launches (e.g. larger launches) they’re responsible for while also owning some Tier 4-5 launches (e.g. smaller launches) and smaller customer communication projects independently. ## What you'll get to do Partner with the broader Product and Product Marketing teams on larger Tier 1-3 feature launches, providing executional support that could include content development (e.g. Help Center content, customer-facing slides, 1-pagers, email copy and), internal training for our Customer Experience and Support teams, and more. Plan, scope, and execute Tier 4-5 feature launches, partnering with cross-functional initiative stakeholders like Product Managers, Provider Experience, and Support to determine release scope and timelines before developing the internal and external deliverables needed to support the launch. These deliverables could include a launch plan, communications plan email and/or website copy, customer-facing slides, Help Center content and more.
