What You'll Do.
Provide executional support for Tier 1-3 feature launches
Develop content for launches
Provide internal training for Customer Experience and Support
Plan Tier 4-5 feature launches
Scope Tier 4-5 feature launches
Execute Tier 4-5 feature launches
Partner with cross-functional initiative stakeholders
Determine release scope and timelines
Develop internal and external deliverables
Contribute to monthly product release notes
Ensure current information in monthly email newsletters
Ensure current information on release notes webpage
Create corresponding blog post for releases
Monitor post-launch adoption metrics
Monitor user actions when action is needed
