What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years experience in technical product management or similar (software engineering, analytics, data science), Good understanding of modern software development, technical resilience, DevOps and the software development life cycle required., ability to translate platform and technology opportunities into business impact for non-technical stakeholders., Use analytical and customer insights to learn about problems and understand how to scope and measure the impact of potential changes., Able to clearly articulate a problem, work with engineers to define a solution and follow it through to completion., Expose and assess the various trade-offs when prioritising work and creating a roadmap., Have experience working cross-functionally and driving culture change across an organisation, Communicate clearly and effectively, influence without authority, and secure buy-in for your plans from the broader organization.
