Must Have
Bachelor's Degree, 0-3 years of experience, Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Project, project management skills, communication skills, Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks/initiatives, ability to create and confidently deliver effective presentations
Nice to Have
Experience in medical devices or healthcare
What You'll Do.
Drive upstream and downstream activities
Collaborate with management on strategic plans
Conduct market analysis for new products
Develop biomechanical
Create and manage project plans with engineering
Lead coordination of design reviews
Develop marketing plans for new product introductions
Create sales tools and training collateral
Forecast and manage inventory needs
Monitor product performance via revenue
Gather post-launch insights from end users
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, education, and field support teams; Work closely with engineering teams; Collaborate with operations and supply chain; Support the sales team with product positioning; Act as a field-based resource; Work together with team members
