Must Have
AAA development experience, pre-alpha production stages of development, Experience contributing to and improving development processes, Creating and maintaining long-term plans, dependency processes on complex game projects, identifying and resolving systemic production issues, manage multiple tasks, dependencies, long-term plans, fast-paced environment, clear tracking, meeting deadlines, understanding of common development methodologies, change management, continuous quality improvement

What You'll Do.
Support assigned teams
coordinating day-to-day production activities
milestone deliverables
Follow up on dependencies
escalating risks and issues
Support the milestone build delivery
coordination of developers
Work with Leads to maintain backlogs
Work with developers to confirm estimates
clarify deliverable descriptions
Ensure all new tasks are logged
task tracking tools are being maintained
Support Leads with milestone & release planning
ensure team’s deliverables are tested
test plans are scheduled
requirements meetings are followed
Monitor deliverable status
ensuring review processes are followed
reviews are being completed
Support dependency planning
ensuring dependencies are captured
accounted for in schedules
asset management tools
Facilitate effective meetings
timely distribution of actions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
coordinating day-to-day production activities; delivering tasks assigned by the Senior Producer; escalating risks and issues to Leads and Senior Production; Liaise with Producers during branch management; Work with Leads to maintain healthy sprint and milestone backlogs; Work with developers to confirm estimates; update tasks; clarify deliverable descriptions; Partner with QA and the Senior Producer; Support dependency planning with Leads and Producers; Facilitate effective meetings
