We’re on a journey of growth and evolution – to find better ways to translate value for the business and our patients. **About the role** This is a new position dedicated to the daily support of all procurement activities within our Global Source-to-Contract (S2C) Excellence team. You will manage strategic relationships with Business Stakeholders, Procurement Category Teams, and in-market Procurement Managers, and lead complex, high-value Source to Contract projects—including preparing and running sourcing events and negotiating/renegotiating contract clauses. Operating in line with the Alexion Procurement Operating Model, you will also drive extensive contracting activities to ensure seamless execution. **Typical Accountabilities** You will be responsible for supporting Global Category teams and in-market Procurement throughout the Source to Contract process, including: * **Market research & insight**: Supporting market research activities by issuing RFI to build strong supplier and market understanding. * **Sourcing project management** : Managing sourcing projects end-to-end, including issuance of RFPs and RFQs, supplier engagement, and governance. * **eSourcing delivery** : Conducting e-auctions to drive competitive outcomes and transparency. * **Evaluation & recommendations*
