**Job Overview:** The Procurement Associate Manager works with internal stakeholders and suppliers and serves as a partner with their team and Procurement Manager to resolve issues. This position typically reports to a Procurement Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career with a stable-growing company! **Main Responsibilities:** * Works with and supports Global stakeholders on req to PO creation for indirect purchases * Obtains data from external and/or internal sources/analyzes data for completeness and accuracy * Manages escalations for high priority purchased goods and services * Take appropriate and timely action to correct and coach on errors and implement changes in processes to stop future issues from occurring * Ensuring compliance with purchase-to-pay policies and procedures, including participation in compliance audits * Supports a broad range of internal stakeholders across multiple divisions **Basic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance or related field * 3+ years’ experience in a management or team leadership role * 7+ years of experience in shared services, finance, supply chain operations or related field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or Finance. Or in process of completing an advanced degree * Demonstrated history of leadership, teamwork, and project management skills * Systems aptitude, including, but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP) * Experience in SAP, GEP or other Source to Pay systems in a procurement or shared services environment * Experience in sourcing Indirect Procurement or supply chain management experience * Finance, audit, compliance experience
