Procurement Agent (Procurement Admin) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an **Associate Procurement Agent** to join our dynamic team in **Hazelwood, Missouri**. The MQ-25 Program is an innovative and highly visible effort supporting the future of naval aviation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking unmanned aerial refueling platform that will play a critical role in enhancing mission capability, readiness, and operational flexibility for our customers. Working on the MQ-25 Program means being part of a fast-paced, collaborative team delivering advanced solutions on a program that is helping shape the future of defense technology. **Position Responsibilities:** * Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. * Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements. * Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities. * Works cross functionally and with suppliers on payment issue resolution. Also collaborates with Quality department on defective or unacceptable goods and determines appropriate course of action. Complete actions as necessary to resolve issues. * Production and spares pricing and lead-time negotiations. * Collaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customers’ requirements. **This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
