Motiva is wholly owned by Aramco, one of the world’s largest integrated energy and chemicals companies. **Position Overview:** Motiva is seeking Associate Process Engineers to join the Port Arthur Manufacturing Complex. The Associate Process Engineer designs, optimizes, and maintains refinery processes to ensure efficient operation and production. This role analyzes data, troubleshoots issues, and implements improvements to ensure excellence in process safety, reliability, energy consumption, and cost management. The Associate Process Engineer utilizes daily proactive monitoring and works closely with business teams to ensure product plan delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Provide daily proactive technical monitoring and troubleshooting for assigned areas. * Provide guidance around daily unit optimization as it relates to product yields and quality, catalyst life, equipment health, chemical usage, energy consumption, alarm management, emissions calculations, and economics. * Routinely conduct and document unit mass balance monitoring. * Utilize Causal Learning methodology for problem solving and pa
