What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Investment Representative (IR) with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID), Professional Financial Planning Course, Continuing education to Certified Financial Planners Designation, Concepts of personal financial planning, Knowledge of all banking, investment and credit products and services, Financial services experience in private banking, wealth advisory, or brokerage, Relationship management skills sufficient to build relationships with customers, to identify partnership and consolidation opportunities, Demonstrated success in ability to build and maintain new client relationships, Established profile in the local business community, Knowledge of a diverse marketplace and needs of local clients, Fluent in French and English

What You'll Do.
Managing and growing a portfolio of cash management
lending and investment products and services
Providing exceptional service to UHNW Private Banking clients
Assisting clients with transactional banking needs on a reactive and proactive basis
Supporting Senior Private Banker in introducing clients to partners across the Bank
Building a portfolio of HNW clients whose needs are primarily banking
credit and investment based
Performing risk assessment and in-depth financial analysis on all potential or existing High New Worth clients
Resolving complex credit issues for clients
Providing specialized services to key HNW markets
Reviewing client portfolios and financial needs from a holistic perspective
Identifying opportunities to broaden the client’s suite of products and services
Conducting portfolio reviews with clients
Introducing new product and service solutions
Acquiring new clients with sophisticated financial needs
Developing untapped opportunities to promote CIBC Private Wealth Management
Playing an active role in large deal teams focusing on ultra HNW clients
