Focusing on operational practices, the ideal candidate will have experience in cloud engineering, container orchestration and a strong background in providing Level 2 technical support and managing enterprise service management platforms like ServiceNow. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. Key Responsibilities: * Cloud Engineering: Support and manage applications and services in a hybrid- cloud environment such as AWS.
