Must Have
12+ years of experience in software test automation, 5+ years in an architect or technical leadership role, Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, Experience designing scalable test automation frameworks, Programming skills in Java and Python, Experience testing REST APIs, Experience testing microservices, Experience testing distributed cloud systems, Deep knowledge of CI/CD systems, Deep knowledge of build tools, Experience with database validation, Experience with test data management, Experience with large-scale automation, Knowledge of performance testing, Familiarity with security testing, Familiarity with accessibility testing, Excellent communication skills, Excellent leadership skills
Nice to Have
Groovy a plus, Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, Gatling), Familiarity with security and accessibility testing (SAST, DAST, WCAG, axe-core)
