Role: Technical Project Manager Location: Easton, PA 18040 Work Model: Onsite - Hybrid (3 days work from office) Employment Type: Fulltime Job Overview: * Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of projects by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables. * Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration between development, QA, and operations to meet delivery goals. * Identify potential risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. * Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability. * Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize delivery outcomes. * Provide regular updates to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment. ## Qualifications Must have skills: * Minimum 10 years experience in project management. * Communication skills (Strong), Project Management methodologies (Strong) ## Additional Information Disclaimer: Nagarro is an equal opportunity employer.
