Able to consistently prioritize safety by demonstrating safe work practices and by promoting a safe work environment., Able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance., Able to remain standing the entire duration of shift, and lift up to 40 lbs using proper technique consistently., Able to apply basic math skills., Able to comprehend a variety of instructions furnished in English, including written, oral, diagram, or schedule form., Able to communicate one-on-one and in small group settings., Able to read a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance, to use protractor to measure angles to +/- 1 degree and ability to use and read a micrometer, and caliper., Ability to identify options for solving a problem encountered during the manufacturing process., Able to use computer or touchscreen to perform daily tasks and required training., Regularly required to stand, walk, see, talk and hear., Operates large equipment while standing for approximately 8-12 hours, regularly twisting and bending in a repetitive motion., May frequently lift, carry, push and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment.

This position will follow the first shift schedule, Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm. Overtime, including additional days, may be required based upon business need. **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**(% of Time) Operate automatic stamping presses as needed to support department and company goals. Use powered hand tools to make adjustments to equipment as necessary. (70%) Communicate with department leadership regarding issues and improvements. Assist other associates with press set-ups and changeovers.
