What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2 to 3 years of professional design experience, with a focus on presentation design, A compelling online portfolio showcasing your presentation design expertise and other relevant design work, Advanced proficiency in Google Slides, Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for asset creation and manipulation, Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design and prototyping, A deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively within a global team, Experience working within and adhering to brand style guides, Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly, Ability to lead smaller projects and help guide junior designers

Nice to Have

working knowledge of Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint, Proficiency in motion design software (e. g. , Adobe After Effects) for creating animated visuals and transitions, Experience with creating and implementing video within presentations, Knowledge of 3D design and animation
