What You'll Do.
Oversee day-to-day activities in surgical facility
Ensure patient experience and efficient operations
Build outstanding team member culture
Adhere to policies and procedures
Engage patients for quality interaction
Resolve missteps and escalate issues
Execute new initiatives and policies
Build and champion action plans
Deliver outstanding Center business scorecard
and report center data
Maintain security of medications
Maintain office facilities
Ensure clinician and front desk scheduling
Provide staff coverage as needed
Manage overtime hours and staffing levels
Communicate with governing body and management
Resolve issues in real-time
Facilitate top quality communication
Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPPA compliance
Supervise clinical records management
Treat patients with respect
Provide recruiting experience
Ensure new hire paperwork completion
Complete performance reviews
Administer development plans
Enforce progressive discipline policies
