Responsibilities include: * Lead deal identification and profiling including detailed financial modeling, quantitative and qualitative analysis; * Develop and maintain business and industry due diligence; * Lead deal execution including deal structuring, legal documentation, negotiations and post-closing deal monitoring; * Monitor asset performance and; * Assist in reviewing strategic orientations of the portfolio companies. **Qualifications** * 3-4 years of investment banking or private equity experience * Relevant deal experience in energy / industrials or related energy and infrastructure supply chain business services * Genuine interest in the energy and infrastructure sectors * Outstanding financial modeling, analytical skills, business valuation, accounting and finance * Additional European language is a plus but not required **Personal Attributes** * Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; * Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative; * Genuine desire to pursue a career in the sector * Hard-working with strong
