You will work in fast-paced energy markets, analyzing supply, demand, and pricing to make informed decisions that impact system reliability and financial performance. **This position is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to launch and grow their career within the organization. Through hands-on experience and collaboration with experienced team members, you will build critical skills and gain exposure to meaningful, real-world work.** **What You’ll Do** * Monitor real-time energy markets to identify opportunities to buy, sell, or balance power * Support hourly trading activities, including transaction execution and system balancing * Analyze market conditions such as price, load forecasts, and transmission constraints * Coordinate with system operators to ensure reliable and efficient generation dispatch * Assist with scheduling transactions, securing transmission, and maintaining accurate records * Build relationships with internal teams and external market participants **What You’ll Need** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance, or related field; equivalent experience * Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions using data in a fast-paced environment * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Strong communication skills for working with int
