Role Summary The Forms Design Associate Analyst supports the execution of document and forms work for life, annuity, retirement services, and Equity Services, Inc. (ESI). This role focuses on assisting with document updates, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting document platform activities, and working with document and content management systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and eager to learn, with the ability to follow established processes and build foundational knowledge in document management and compliance. This role contributes through reliable execution and support of team deliverables. This position currently offers an onsite work schedule, with the expectation that you will be in the office four (4) days per week during onsite core days. Our current onsite core days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The work schedule type and core days are subject to change with advance notification and manager discretion.
