Using predictive modeling and advanced audience intelligence, BranchLab enables clients to build custom patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional (HCP) audiences, activate them across digital, TV, social, audio, and out-of-home media, and optimize performance against real-world outcomes. THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an Associate, Platform Operations to support the setup, QA, delivery, and tracking of audience-led campaigns. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, organized, curious, and excited to learn how audience strategy, campaign activation, platform partners, and client goals come together in a fast-moving Series A startup environment. You’ll work closely with the Platform Operations team and, with support, Client Services and other internal partners to help ensure audience deliveries are accurate, timely, and well-documented. The right person will be energized by change, eager to raise their hand, and willing to jump in where needed to support new priorities, changing workflows, and emerging team needs.
