The Associate Planner Analyst is responsible for the entire program or value stream, from the acquisition of component parts to the shipping of those end items. This position offers a first shift, onsite schedule at our East Aurora, NY location. **To be considered for the****Associate Planning Analyst** **role here’s what you would typically bring:** * Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and minimum of 3 years Operations experience in a manufacturing environment **As an Associate Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for:** * Responsible for the analysis and maintenance of part planning parameters in line with the established materials strategy, inventory plan, and demand profile of the business. * Responsible for conversion of demand signals into Work Orders in accordance with defined Planning systems and processes. * Track & action material shortages and lead times to mitigate all risks to the production plan. * Develop achievable & balanced production plans that align with Customer demands / schedules, through capacity analysis and collaboration with appropriate team members. Escalate impacts to plan or customer. * Determine Engineering Order change effectiveness and impacts on schedules
