We want to help Canadians succeed with credit, because we believe in people — in our customers, in our associates, and in talent like you! **About the Team** As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will join the Performance Marketing team and be a part of a collaborative cross-functional team responsible for driving customer growth and efficiency across Search and programmatic. You’ll work closely with other Performance Marketing experts, as well as our business analyst, data science, and product groups to help grow our business. **About the Role** In this role, you will partner with leads across the business to shape strategies, own end-to-end execution, process improvements and support an ongoing testing agenda across Search and Programmatic programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Paid Search and the programmatic space, for example, working with SA360, DV360, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc. and will stay in-tune with industry updates and best practices. **Your Responsibilities:** * Execute campaign strategy and testing, including: ad copy, landing page, audience, and channel expansion testing * Monitor Paid Marketing trends and generate insights to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and optimization * Daily management of paid campaigns from planning & execution to analysis and reporting * Carry out campaign management tasks including: strategy, optimization, budget control and forecasting * Analyze, interpret, and share campaign results, disseminate learnings, identify opportunities, and propose recommendations to improve future campaign performance * Coordinate across internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Brand Marketing, Creative, Customer Exp
