3+ years of experience in performance marketing, retail media, ecommerce, digital marketing, or analytics, Hands on execution experience with Amazon ecosystem including Vendor/Seller Central, Ads, DSP, and AMC, Familiarity with POS data and retail measurement tools (e. g. , Circana, Numerator, or similar syndicated and retailer-provided datasets), proficiency in the Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc. ), Comfort working with large datasets and making data-led decisions, Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Purpose & Impact As Associate Performance Lead, you will execute full funnel performance marketing and digital shelf optimization across Unilever Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W) brands on Amazon including TRESemmé, Nexxus, Vaseline, Dove, SheaMoisture and other category-leading brands. You will be responsible for hands-on campaign activation and optimization, digital shelf excellence, and performance analysis to drive measurable growth in sales, share, and profitability. Operating within the Media & Retailer Marketing team, you will help accelerate Unilever’s shift toward performance-led, consumer-centric retail marketing, partnering closely with Brand, Sales, Finance, and agency teams to translate strategy into best-in-class execution. Media Investment & ROI • Activate and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns across search and display. • Monitor spend vs. return daily/weekly; flag risks and opportunities. • Report performance, trends, and next steps to stakeholders. Performance Analysis • Conduct deep data analysis across POS, media, traffic, conversion, and profitability. • Identify trends and performance drivers; provide data-backed input for strategic decisions. Innovation & Launch Support • Execute launch plans for new B&W products on Amazon. • Update PDPs, detail pages, A+ content, and merchandising based
