What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms and employee data in a People Ops/HR environment, Working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, data changes, documentation, transitions) and HRIS best practices, Basic familiarity with benefits plans/designs, Excel skills and comfort producing accurate reporting and reconciliations, Highly detail-oriented with excellent organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage sensitive data with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
Nice to Have
Experience with Asana, Lattice, and Paylocity, Experience implementing process automation or workflow improvements, Familiarity with compensation cycles and benchmarking
What You'll Do.
Support People Operations execution
Manage HR systems and employee data
Execute onboarding and employee lifecycle operations
Improve processes through workflows
Lead preboarding and onboarding
Own operational onboarding workflows
Support new hire orientations
Complete I-9 verifications
Coordinate and calculate severance details
Manage employee records entry and maintenance
Audit employee records
Maintain personnel folders
Ensure compliant documentation practices
Organize and retain files
Administer People team tech stack
Maintain HRIS configurations
Troubleshoot HRIS workflows
Provide HRIS guidance
Manage LOA system updates
Submit LOA Jira tickets
Support Lattice program setup
Support benefits administration tasks
Produce employee reporting
Analyze onboarding feedback
Analyze employee experience data
Build reports and dashboards
Coordinate focus group sessions
Analyze focus group results
Provide recommendations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering with Payroll on state payment requirements; Supporting readiness tasks across teams; Providing end-user guidance for employees and managers; Providing actionable recommendations to the business
