What You'll Achieve.
Ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policy and government regulations; Ensuring smooth payroll processing; Ensuring payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable regulations

Problem Solving; Resolves complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues; Researches and interprets regulatory requirements; Resolves tax, withholding, and garnishment issues
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, One year of experience in payroll, Fluent English is a must (C1 level)
Nice to Have
Experience in USA payroll is advantageous
What You'll Do.
Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
Assisting with time administration
Bi-weekly payroll processing
Payroll and time system testing
Process improvement initiatives
Payroll-related communications
Maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance
and resolving complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues
Ensuring payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy
generally accepted accounting principles
and applicable regulations
Researching and interpreting regulatory requirements
and garnishment issues for payroll processing
Responding to auditing and regulatory inquiries
Creating standard operating procedures
Responding to merger and acquisition activities
Ensuring time systems are compliant with company policy and government regulations
Responding to and resolving employee and client inquiries
Working with system programmers to achieve solutions or administer company payroll system with outside service provider
