Must Have
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences or related quantitative field., Minimum of 10 years of managing and leading analytics, strategy, commercial operations, and Consulting., Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences industry managing various project initiatives across commercial operations, requiring knowledge of business reporting enhancements, data management process, and/ or marketing/sales operational process design and execution., Deep expertise in commercial pharma use cases., Broad experience in different analytics tools, data sources, and programming languages, Demonstrated experience in project management and in effectively managing multiple projects and priorities, Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications., Effective people management skills., Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills., Executive-level communication skills., organizational and time management skills., Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly., Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What You'll Do.
Manage programs from the ground up
including client and team management
and opportunities for continuous improvement.

draft SOWs for new work

Develop and lead new POVs (point of view) and Innovation initiatives.
Provides subject matter expertise that informs emerging trends and points of view to enable business development
