No two days are the same. **Mō te Tūranga | About the Role** The focus of our Associate Partner is to support our Commercial Partner/s around the delivery of exceptional service to our customers. This support will have a credit focus with an emphasis on strong credit writing capability and portfolio risk monitoring. **What are the key day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?** * Providing administrative support to Partners, such as credit writing, completing annual reviews and covenant testing. * Analyse financial information and prepare proposals for lending requirements. * Assist in the credit management as well as the implementation of annual business plans of assigned customer portfolios. * Develop and manage a portfolio of customers and referral relationships. * Educate customers in using Partners Support and electronic channels to ensure we provide appropriate customer service. * Actively contribute and support process improvement changes and organisational strategy implementation. **What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?** * Sound understanding of banking principles, demonstrated through experience in business banking or lending, financial modelling or credit writing. * Ability to interpret financial statements. You’ve dealt with managing loan securities, preparation of monthly financial information and/or covenant monitoring for reporting and variance analysis. * You bring a customer focused attitude and excellent communication skills, showing a true talent for building long-term relationships. * You’re a driven individual, a real team player, with
