Must Have
0 to 1 year of experience, Experience using the Paid Social platform Meta Ads, familiarity with other Paid Social platforms, Knowledge and understanding of basic Digital Marketing concepts, Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Accuracy in execution, quality control through Q&A, and compliance with deadlines, Organizational skills and project management capabilities, Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities in an agile environment, Ability to resolve and troubleshoot problems, Ability to work with numbers and handling data
Nice to Have
A bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics, Experience in Organic Social
What You'll Do.
Implement and execute campaigns on Paid Social platforms
Upload campaigns and perform quality control
Upload ads and make changes
Daily monitoring of campaigns
Prepare reports to monitor campaign delivery
Implement campaign optimizations on platforms

Collaborate with the team in defining campaign strategies; Work with the team to define campaign optimizations; Ability to build relationships with the teams you work with; Develop good relationships with clients; Actively participate in weekly virtual networking meetings; Participate in peer-to-peer engagement activities
