THE ROLE: As an Associate, Search, you are at the beginning of your performance marketing journey. Your primary function will be to learn the fundamentals of Paid Search Engine Marketing while providing vital production and execution support for your account team. This role is designed for someone learning a new job, moving from foundational training to independent, error-free execution of standard tasks. You will master the platforms, safeguard our data quality, and gain the technical skills necessary to progress into advanced account management roles. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Execute day-to-day paid search account management across platforms including Google Ads and Bing, supporting campaign launches, optimizations, and maintenance. Pull, analyze, and interpret performance reports at multiple levels (campaign, ad group, keyword, audience, placement, device) to identify trends and insights. Monitor daily performance and budget pacing, proactively flagging and addressing variances greater than ±15%. Support campaign builds by contributing to strategy, structure, keyword selection, settings, and ad development.
