Must Have

Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship, Bachelor's Degree in Business or 4 years' customer support experience, 4 years' supply chain management experience, Willingness for occasional travel (less than 10%)

Nice to Have

Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite, Proficient with SAP ERP, Knowledge of RRSA/mtu organization, Knowledge of logistics and order management processes, Knowledge of SAP operating system, Spanish/Portuguese language

Support customer accounts through Order to Cash process

Provide parts order assistance to customers

Create spare parts orders

Change spare parts orders

Cancel spare parts orders

Process spare parts orders

Respond to customer inquiries

Respond to customer complaints

Provide status updates until resolution

Learn processes and procedures

Review open order reports

Review customer requests

Check status of past due items

Check status of escalated items

Request resolution from other departments

Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives

Escalate issues to supervisors

Document actions taken

Document required actions

Share experiences with team

Provide feedback to management

Keep company property clean

Keep company property organized

Keep company property operational

Promote safety culture

Promote compliance culture

Perform special projects
