Must Have

What You'll Do.
Support customer accounts through Order to Cash process
Provide parts order assistance to customers
change or cancel spare parts orders
Process spare parts orders
Respond to customer inquiries or complaints
Provide status updates to customers
Review open order reports
Check status of past due items
Track complaints and process issues
Document actions taken for resolution
Keep company property clean and organized
Perform special projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Order Management Coordinators to learn processes; Request resolution from other departments; Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives; Escalate issues to Supervisors; Review with team weekly to share experiences; Brainstorm on solutions
