Must Have
Associate degree or higher in engineering, mathematics or physics, 1+ years of related work experience, 1 year of experience using HVLP and/or electrostatic spray gun equipment, 1 year of experience applying coatings, adhesives, or sealants, 1 year of experience in composite materials fabrication and assembly, Ability to work in a manufacturing or lab environment, Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, Ability to obtain respirator certification, Ability to work with High Hazard Chemicals, Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, U. S. Citizenship, Interim and/or final U. S. Top Secret Clearance Pre-Start
Nice to Have
3+ years of related work experience, Active Top Secret Clearance, Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, Testing experience applicable to large model component fabrication, Proficiency in interpreting engineering requirements, Leadership experience providing on-the-job training, Ability to work at heights, Ability to perform frequent overhead work, Ability to obtain and maintain safety harness certification, Ability to obtain certification to operate electrically powered equipment
