We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Operational Account Manager to join our Managed Trading Services (MTS) team. In this role, you will support the Operational Account Management team in delivering a high standard of service to customers, helping with day-to-day account coordination, performance monitoring, reporting, and follow-up actions. Key Stakeholders You will work closely with Operational Account Managers, Trading, Product, Integration, Customer Support, and other internal teams to help coordinate customer-related activity and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires strong collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly across teams while supporting the delivery of a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
