“Associate Officer, Audit & Risk Management (LTE) at The Foundation. Support the team in the implementation of technology solutions, specifically AuditBoard (now known as Optro), and a focus on AI tools. What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor or Advanced degree in Accounting, Management, or related field, or equivalent blend of education and experience, Experience with database design and tailoring (AuditBoard/Optro or similar audit platforms preferred), Experience in systems implementation, configuration, or business process design, Familiarity with internal controls, risk assessment practices and audit methodologies, Demonstrates comfort with technology and AI, including quickly learning and adopting new systems, tools, and platforms to enhance audit processes and team efficiency, Curiosity and openness to emerging technologies, including AI, with the ability to identify practical applications to improve audit quality, automation, and insights, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and attention to detail, Relationship manager: ability to work independently and as part of coordinated, complementary teams and be comfortable in varied settings, tight deadlines, and with different work and learning style, Awareness of and ability to implement change management activities in support of organizational goals, Superlative oral and written communication skills to inform and persuade audiences through stakeholder management, Adaptability: ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in processes and organization, Comfort with ambiguity, complexity, volatility, Understand risk assessment and mitigation practices and tools, Must have unrestricted work authorization in the country where this position is located

What You'll Do.

Support the team in the implementation of technology solutions

specifically AuditBoard (now known as Optro)

and a focus on AI tools

Lead and/or contribute to the configuration

and continuous improvement of audit tools and workflows

Support ongoing audits

Assess current audit processes and conduct stakeholder interviews to understand audit team needs

and workflow requirements

Develop and maintain implementation roadmaps and project timelines

Configure AuditBoard to align with audit methodologies and workflows

and governance structures

Design and customize audit templates

and reporting outputs

Lead data migration of historical audit records into AuditBoard

Partner with stakeholders to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)

Provide hands-on support during implementation

Develop training materials (user guides

videos) and deliver training sessions to facilitate team onboarding

Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement mechanisms

Ensure that audits are conducted at a high level of quality

and in line with our expectations

Supervise daily workflow and project activities

ensuring jobs and responsibilities are clear

tasks and results are met

and action items are completed

Track results and supervising status

including document creation

presentation preparation

and systems management

Work on special team projects as needed

including ad hoc support of Grantee and Internal Audit
