We are seeking an **Associate, Ocular Health Pharma Field Sales** professional to support the promotion and utilization of Alcon pharmaceutical products within a defined geographic territory. The**Associate, Ocular Health Pharma Field Sales** role is an entry‑level to early‑career field sales position focused on in‑person engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role executes core selling activities, builds foundational customer relationships, and drives product awareness and adoption through consistent field presence and compliant selling practices. **In this role, a typical day will include:** Field Sales Execution * Conduct daily, in‑person sales visits to physicians, clinics, optometry practices, and medical offices within an assigned territory. * Present clinical data, product features, and appropriate use information to influence prescribing behavior and product utilization. * Secure orders, commitments, or agreements to prescribe or utilize Alcon pharmaceutical products, in accordance with policy. * Routinely plan and execute field routing schedules to maintain strong territory coverage and high levels of field presence. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building * Build and maintain professional relationships with HCPs and office staff to expand access, utilization, and advocacy. * Support product adoption through consistent follow‑up, education, and responsiveness to customer needs. * Participate in industry meetings, training programs, and regional or national sales meetings as required.
