Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, CNIM eligible, Eligible for medical malpractice insurance coverage, Obtain and maintain the CNIM status
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM), Knowledge of human anatomy & physiology, Knowledge of technical troubleshooting, Operating Room (OR) experience, time management & organizational skills, ability to manage competing demands, ability to manage frequent change, ability to manage delays, ability to manage unexpected events in scheduling, ability to manage unexpected events in the operating room, Effective communication skills, proven ability to collaborate in a team-oriented setting, communication in English with surgeons and surgical staff, Ability to handle the demands of regular travel, Be qualified for and maintain privileges at all required hospitals, meeting any applicable physical requirements, meeting any applicable vaccination requirements
