Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Mass Media, or related fields, 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia execution, video editing, or creative branding roles
Nice to Have
Experience in branding agencies, media, employer branding, or content-led environments

Design creatives for employer branding campaigns
Create branding collaterals
Ensure visual identity consistency
Translate briefs into designs
Capture photos and videos
Create short-form video content
Support real-time multimedia requirements
Travel to client locations
Coordinate with stakeholders during shoots
Handle ad-hoc content requests
Support operational branding requirements
Manage multiple priorities
Ensure timely delivery of assets
