Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field, 0–2 years of experience, Basic understanding of financial products such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives, Interest in financial markets and operations, Interest in AI, automation, or emerging technologies and how they can be applied to business processes, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, Client service mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Nice to Have

Internship or entry-level exposure in financial services, operations, or related field preferred, Familiarity with exposure to data analysis tools or automation platforms is a plus

What You'll Do.

Build and maintain client relationships

serving as a liaison between clients and prime brokers/counterparties

Provide middle and back-office support across a variety of financial products including equities

Assist in researching and resolving cash

and market value reconciliation exceptions

Support wire processing related to management fees

subscriptions/redemptions

and collateral movements

Run cash reports and help confirm payments with counterparties

Leverage AI and automation tools (e. g.

process automation platforms) to improve operational efficiency

Participate in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows using AI-driven solutions and support ongoing innovation initiatives
