Support post‑campaign reporting and learning summaries
Partner with cross‑functional teams in Marketing
and Marketing Communications to support integrated campaign delivery
Assist in coordinating inputs and outputs between internal stakeholders and agency partners
Ensure alignment and communication across teams to support smooth execution
Support media budget tracking
and reporting in partnership with Media Managers and Finance
Assist with ongoing reporting cycles
and performance documentation
Ensure documentation and deliverables are accurate
and properly archived
Build foundational expertise in media planning
and performance analysis
Actively incorporate feedback and coaching to strengthen execution quality and media judgment
Share execution learnings and observations to support continuous improvement of media processes and best practices

Operating under the direction of Media Managers (L6) and Senior Media Managers (L5), this role plays a critical part in ensuring media strategies are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with global and regional standards. This role is positioned as a hands ‑on execution and enablement layer, building foundational media expertise while contributing directly to campaign delivery and performance management. Core Accountabilities Media Activation & Execution Support * Support execution of approved global, regional, or market‑level media strategies across assigned brands or categories. * Coordinate closely with agency partners to support media planning, trafficking inputs, optimization requests, and reporting deliverables. * Ensure campaign components are set up accurately and consistently with approved strategy, budgets, and timelines. * Assist with activation across channels to support omnichannel delivery.
